The Philly Future Track program provides on-the-job skill training and real-world work experience to better position yourself for work with the City of Philadelphia and other employers throughout the region. Participation in this 5-month program is NOT a guarantee of full-time employment, but select participants may have the opportunity to transition to full-time civil service employment with the City of Philadelphia upon successful completion of program. To qualify you must be eligible to work in the U.S. and a Philadelphia resident.Philly Future Trackers will work in teams on various cleaning, transportation and sanitation related projects, while attending classroom training and gaining direct experience with City and non-City employees and programs. Team members participate in a 5-month, paid program consisting of 5 workdays.
