•Full responsibility of the regional P&L reporting (UK/France and Spain) across EMEA from a customer P&L Perspective. Analysis of Gross Revenue, Promotional spends, Trade Investments and Cost of Goods in comparison to budget and latest forecasts. •Responsibility for organising the Finance Team in Month End reporting and analysis for the entirety of the UK/FR/SP P&L. Cumulating this information and presenting for review to the Head Of Finance (HOF). •Guided the team through two financial year end Audits for the UK and France. One of which required a heaving uplift to comply with PCAOB protocol. •Prepared balance sheet recs and provided insights and analysis of accruals, proposed tidy up journals with post P&L effect clearly identified for onward review for HOF. Capitalised assets and identified costs to prepay. On a monthly basis compared accruals to annual budgets to ensure cost are captured in line with budgets.•To aid future forecasting, balance sheet recs reviewed in line with budget on a quarterly basis with HOF and Finance Director for onward submission to parent company and auditors, in line with listing protocols.•Partnered with the commercial team to understand the ROS, effect of promos and customer investment. •Partnered with the Marketing Director and reviewed monthly numbers as well as future spends.•Provided inputs that drive the S&OP process ranging from an element of COGS through to actuals. Accuracy of this data is imperative as it is used by the majority staff in the company and allows easy period on period comparison as well as to forecast and budget.•Main contact on Ecomm channel, working very closely with the Ecomm Sales Nam to provide clarity in the numbers that are recorded. Previously we only operated on Amazon platforms however we now are listed in 3+ channels and I have been heavily involved in analysis and reporting of these new customers.
