Working within industry legislation such as CCCFA (NCCP), as well as extensive record keeping and administration, with high levels of direct client interaction through many channels including face-to-face, email, phone and video calling. Gaining understanding of client needs and building client relationships to tailor best outcomes for them via needs based conversations for all of their banking needs.- Extensively working with existing and new to bank clients directly, as well as third parties including mortgage brokers, with experience of overflow applications from the broker channel and building relationships with brokers, solicitors and real estate agents.- Responsible for client's complete personal banking relationship, providing advice and sales as a nominated representative on most products including all transactional accounts, savings and term investments, personal and home lending, fire and general insurance, life insurance and small banking products.- Working with significant risk and compliance requirements including that under credit legislation and AML/CFT, maintaining and updating client information within Microsoft CRM systems.- Experience with restructuring of debt and negotiating with customers around outstanding overdrawn home lending. - Complex home lending including loan and ownership structure within trusts and business, as well as construction lending and bridging finance.
