As a Managing Director at ESS National, I oversee the delivery of security services and solutions for a wide range of clients in the retail, concierge, construction, hospitality and private security sectors.I began my career while still at school training as an electrician for a family business called Barlow's Retail at the time, once qualified i began to en-devour into a multitude of electrical and security installations which is where i found my passion for security. I then moved into a Project Management role for the family business where i learnt a lot of project planning and recruitment skills which play a big part in my role today.In 2018 i began volunteering with a charity organization called One Love Project in Kabale, Uganda. I have been travelling back and forth from Uganda to project manage the development of the school, complete the electrical installation and looking after the safety and the welfare of the other volunteers on the trip.Since discovering my passion for security all them years ago i have played key roles in a number of nationwide projects such as film sets, private security overseas, Her Majesty’s Funeral, racing events, music concerts, festivals, marathons, store detective, retail and commercial installations and upgrades and many more…This has lead me to my role here at ESS National, where i plan to take the business to new heights.
