You don’t know what a challenge is until you steer a team through a pandemic. The delivery targets remained the same however the operational strategy changed significantly. In 2020 and 2021 I steered my team through the pandemic and we not only came out the other side safely, we smashed our production targets. As a direct contributor to our success, I could not be prouder of my team. Currently leading a digitisation project within the Paint department to implement paperless operations through the use of ERP and CRM technologies.

Our goal is to drive Morrisons Winsford to be the largest fresh meat producer in Europe. With responsibility for 40 members of staff, my role is to oversee the production of fresh lamb, beef and pork products, ensuring that quality is maintained to an exceptional standard throughout. A daily focus on driving improvements throughout the department to increase line efficiencies, control yields and reduce downtime. Coordinating with planning to optimise production output and ensure plan attainment. Coaching and development of staff to challenge and push standards across the department through Lean methodologies.

Supporting the Print Manger, the position requires stringent management of every aspect of the print operation from reprographics and design approval through to print production. The coordination with all of the departmental stakeholders is integral to this role to ensure bottlenecks are avioded and deadlines are met. The Implementation and management of support systems such as colour management systems (SPC), data capture and analysis and consumable stock control.

Daily management for 42 employees within the Manufacturing department. My role was to support the Print manager with all print related Quality issues. The implementation and management of SPC systems and quality controls.My key responsibilities included pre-press control, new product development, quality reviews and data analysis.

My role was to drive improvements within the Print department by increasing productivity, reducing Make-ready times whilst maintaining an excellent quality standard. Key responsibilities included the approval of new print designs, print planning and implementing performance targets.
