To date, my involvement has included over 10% of Comcast's 100,000 deployed remote PHY nodes from both my time at Comcast and Connecta Tech. ▪ Developed processes and trained SEFNCO to optimize nodes.▪ Recognized for outstanding performance in the remote PHY trial in 2018, receiving the G.E.M. • Led the Seattle team with exceptional rating for outage resolution times, exceeding company goals by 30 minutes per job.• Technical expert in forward and return sweep, worked to develop new procedures that are the foundation for how all reverse sweep is done across the Western Division of Comcast.• Nominated to help lead a task force dispatched to the Denver region to identify network design and operation issues and establish best practices in line with how things operate in the Seattle market.• Identified major design flaw in the Denver market’s fiber optic transport network using end to end BERT testing that was significantly impacting overall signal quality for 20k+ customers.• Designed and implemented plant extensions for new build construction, and upgrading existing systems.• Executed new design construction in fiber optic secondary hubs (OTN) based on engineering specs.• Troubleshot new technologies such as V-Hubs, DOCSIS 3.1, and conduct BERT testing for certification of new construction.• Trained 30+ new maintenance technicians in all aspects of network operations and repair from headend to the end of line including RF signal impairments, preventative maintenance, sweep, and network powering.
