This role has broad accountability for several teams tasked with developing, delivering, supporting and governing, secure, accessible and scalable Identity Solutions (IAM/IGA) globally across NAB and its subsidiaries.Key focus areas in this role include (but are not limited to):· The Expansion of Automation (incl. the use of Robotics) to reduce risk and eliminate waste· The Development of Identity/ Data models (incl. risk scoring) to identify specific usage patterns and to provide behavioural insights· Simplification of the existing Technology landscape and an overall reduction in architectural debt (primarily via centralisation)· Establishment of a continuous delivery pipeline, to transform how value is ultimately delivered and measured (with a focus on embedding and maturing applicable Agile practices)· The Building of a strong communications capability, to facilitate greater service uptake, awareness and understanding· Accelerating the development of internal talent· Ensuring audit and regulatory guidelines are adhered to (and exceeded where possible)

This role focuses primarily on the Identity Governance and Administration domain, with accountability for teams/ deliverables covering four primary areas:Solution Design/ Engagement - A consolidated engagement function to triage, advise and deliver enterprise class Identity solutions.Lifecycle Management - A consolidated IdLM function servicing, administering and governing access to applicable systems, platforms and services across the enterprise.Identity Platform & Process Management - A consolidated team to maintain the currency of infrastructure, 3rd party services (SaaS) and applicable supporting processes.Project and transformation activities (non-BAU)

This role focused on the management of a Global Security Team, servicing the Wholesale Banking arm of the National Australia Bank. It encompassed the development, delivery and continued support, of a full identity lifecycle capability (globally within WB).
