For this role I provided a fun and welcoming experience for all customers who visit the site. I did this by serving cocktails and other beverages in a professional and efficient way whilst also building rapport with the customer should they ask for a cocktail that takes a little longer to make. On occasion I would also run food to tables and check in to ensure each customer is having the best time possible.

This job required me to make coffee for customers whilst also providing a warm and welcoming environment for guests. As the site was situated in the middle of Pontypridd park it was essential that I could cater my service not only to parents but to younger people as well. During my time here I stepped into a supervisor type roll where I would open the Café in the morning and place till floats into tills whilst also making sure the café looked presentable and welcoming in order to draw in customers. And at the end of the day cask up the tills and provide till readings to managers should they ask.

The pub role I had here was essentially an all rounder role. I was tasked with greeting customers at the door and escorting them to their seats, then I took their orders at the bar and sent their food orders to the kitchen. Once the food had been prepared I then ran the plates to the table and cleared the plates once everyone had finished. Toward the end of my tenure here I was entrusted to close the bar myself and make sure everything was set up for the next days service.
