Previously employed with Marigold Infrastructure Partners, a JV between Colas & Parsons to complete construction on the 14km Edmonton Valley Line West LRT Expansion. Working on-site as part of the civil team, I coordinated soil import, export, and testing to ensure all materials being used met necessary specifications for contamination and geotechnical suitability. Also assisted with the installation and decomissioning of monitoring wells, including the setup of digital shape arrays and vibrating wire piezometers.

Previously worked as a materials technician on a multitude of infrastructure projects in Alberta and Saskatchewan, ranging in scale from $30 million to $1 billion. Independently completed testing and sampling of concrete in field settings, including obtaining CCIL certification for air content, density, slump, and slump flow testing. In addition, compaction testing on soils, aggregates, and asphalt was completed through the use of a nuclear densometer. Lab skills included the identification of soil samples, as well as proctor, hydrometer, and atterberg limit testing.
