Responsible for leading engagments for a variety of operational, compliance, and financial audits throughout the various functions and departments of Chrysler Financial. In addition, acted as a team lead for various consulting projects ranging from strategic process improvements to implementation of company-wide initiatives. Detailed responsibilities included:- Planning engagements and developing audit/work plans- Executing fieldwork for complex audit areas- Managing, assigning responsibilities, reviewing work, and coaching staff.- Developing and communicating audit reports to various management and executives throughout the company- Managing departmental general and administrative budget of approximately $4,000,000.
