Head Swim Lessons Coordinator
Current-Responsible for a large schedule of over 60 instructors and managers between 3 facilities-Helped lead the transition to a more comprehensive swim lessons program (JES), streamlining operations and improving lesson quality-Certified more then 80 Ellis swim instructors (JES)-Planned and led weekly manager meetings to discuss operations and ways to improve- Planned and led 3 trainings monthly to ensure our swim program exceeds the industry standard- Created and maintained tracking tools for payroll, scheduling, and training attendance using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, enhancing workflow efficiency-Created incentive programs to better staff morale and quality of work-Established relationships with patrons-Effectively resolved and responded to customer complaints
