• Support the sales process with technical queries and complex solutions across all communication products offered by Speedcast, with a strong focus in the Cruise and Superyacht market; Ensure that the proposed solutions.
• Lead customer consultations during proposal stage. Strong focus on customer needs to support the customer teams throughout the whole process, from early meetings during the proposal through installation and operation.
• Prepare proposals and submission documents in response to RFP and tenders.
• Participate and lead briefings with distributors, end customers and internal staff to ensure the project is delivered up to standard, on time and within budget.
• Follow up with Product teams and suppliers on potential upgrades and improvement on existing products, as well as new emerging products that fit the company’s scope.

• Lead engineer on development and implementation of KA systems. Liaising with suppliers to develop the product for the market demands.
• Designing new in house tools with the development teams to optimize the customer support whilst providing portals to customers to manage their services.
• Point of contact for new and existing customers' new projects to design and plan the service integration. Manage the implementation process within budget and time frame.
• Support and optimize core infrastructure networks and services such as satellite communication, GSM, WiFi services and other customer networking requirements.
