Aware of and processed several Quality Review Work items and assignments.● Independently plans, conducts and investigations of large and varied financial entities having relationships and conducting transactions with VA Appointed Fiduciaries.● Prepared comprehensive and well-documented investigative reports, using computers and computer software applications. Key initiator of mandatory fiscal reviews of nearly 90% of the appointed fiduciaries. Clearly and effectively conveys information oral and written to Stakeholders. Actively listens to others and persuades others to accept recommendations. Works closely with and provides technical assistance to the Fiduciary Hub. instrumental in resolving more complexed cases.
