EUC and Asset Management Expertise I spearhead the maintenance and enhancement of End User Computing (EUC) systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. My role encompasses the strategic deployment and comprehensive management of IT assets, App Deployment & managing relationships with suppliers.

I am responsible for the asset management in Ingeus ITManaging the relationship with Storm Technologies to deliver the distribution and recall of Ingeus Assets

Providing 2nd line Servicedesk support, hardware deployment for new starters and break-fix Liaising with 3rd line support regarding networking, application support and Infrastructure.

1st line support, now looking after the Hardware section, completing break fixes and sending new starter equipment since August 2021.

As of 18th September I have progressed to become a coordinator for the National Diabetes Prevention Programme in Buckingham and Oxford. my duties will now include booking venues, managing educator diaries and booking participants into sessions.Shortly after i was moved to the South East region of the contract, where my role changes to directly managing 28 Educators schedules and performance.

Starting at Ingeus as a temp covering admin, I became a permanent member of staff in June 2012, staying on the admin team until May 2014, when I moved on to become a client liaison officer. Having built a vast amount of experience working on Provider Direct, In Work Support, Steps2Success appointment bookings, moving on to our Verification team confirming our clients have started work and sustained in employment for 13 and 26 weeks. Completing sign ups for NCS and answering general queries regarding that programme and now moving on to our newest contract Healthier You, the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme, where our team are responsible for booking participants onto a prevention programme to aid clients into making necessary changes to their lifestyle in order to prevent developing type 2 diabetes.
