Representing the company as the primary point of contact, developing annual business plans strategies and manage those customers on a day-to-day basis to achieve approved targets.

Main duties include: Plan and implement European sales, marketing and business strategies for polyurethane and composite products in order to achieve ambitious growth in target sectors Identify new market opportunities & peruse these via added value technical sales & supportDevelop long term partnerships and establish sound business as well as personal credibility with key decision makers within customer baseHands on customer based trials of new and existing products demonstrating added value. Development of materials/processes for new & existing products to satisfy the buoyancy & thermal insulation requirements of the offshore oil and gas industry. This is achieved by the evaluation of materials, formulations and processes through the design and completion of development projects/processing trials to optimise material performance to suit new and customer specific applications. Projects are guided from research through to final product production via the sourcing, testing and development of new materials, leasing with customers and suppliers as well as all areas of the business so as to maximise benefits to the business through increased sales revenue and lower operating costs. Experience has been gained in working with epoxy syntactic foams and composites, thermoplastics and polyurethane systems.
