Responsible for cultivating, soliciting, and closing gifts from corporate, foundation and individual supporters who have an interest in supporting The Office of Veteran & Military Affairs and the Institute for Veterans and Military Families at Syracuse University. Work collaboratively with IVMF/OVMA staff as well as college-based development officers and central services.

Effectively build and manage a portfolio of relationships within the Keuka College Constituency (including Alumni, Friends and Businesses) as a means of outreach and development of financial support, to include annual, major and planned giving.

Responsible for all daily operations of the Seneca County public bus transportation system, including business development, supervision of office staff and drivers, data collection, reporting, route efficiency, staff scheduling, payroll, vehicle maintenance tracking, Article 19-A regulations, accounts payable and receivable, customer surveys and budget preparation.

-Communicated with alums/donors in telephone conversations and written correspondence. -Assisted with creating, editing and maintaining gift proposals to ensure gifts were closed following HWS and CASE guidelines.-Ran queries and reports as needed for specific projects in support of Vice President of Institutional Advancement.-Updated advancement services database (Raiser's Edge) with prospect management codes.-Prepared planned gift illustrations using PG Calc software.-Assisted in major gift solicitation strategy preparation

-Facilitated medical, financial, and legal records management of 150 plus employees.-Established and implemented the organization’s standard operating procedures resulting in a 50% reduction in turn around time for personnel actions.-Supervised and mentored 3 personnel resulting in promotions within minimum time required.-Coordinated communication between groups during training events, resulting in dissemination of critical information.
