• Creating interactive content such as course presentations, matching games, history timelines, and more for usage in lectures and tutorials, as well as assisting learning for students outside of the classroom.• Training co-workers regarding the use of H5P (interactive content creation) and VU’s content management system when necessary.• Assisting with unit reviews to ensure the standards set by VU were met.• Working on guides for students to follow with a wide range of topics – accessibility, portfolio management, accessing lecture recordings, assignment submission, etc.

• Assisting academic staff with learning tools within VU’s learning management system – making quizzes, assessment rubrics, moving course components between unit spaces, fixing errors within unit spaces, creating assignment submission areas for individual and group assessments, and more.• Meeting one-on-one with academic staff when required to assist development of unit spaces.• Assisting academic staff on tight schedules, coordinating with co-workers to complete urgent tasks.• Working closely with academic staff, providing input on course content from a student’s perspective and giving ideas about how to make it more engaging.
