A project manager on the EtF program is responsible for managing a project from inception to closeout. Primary responsibilities include controlling the scope, budget, schedule, forecast and accruals, and turnover to the client for multiple projects simultaneously. The scope of substation projects managed includes substation relaying upgrades, equipment replacements, network communication upgrades, control building cut-overs, as well as ring bus conversions on radially fed substations with a high customer load requiring complex outage sequencing. The scope of transmission line projects managed ranges from insulator replacements, rebuilding an existing single circuit line to double circuit, as well as greenfield double circuit transmission lines that require the full siting and permitting efforts.

Lead scheduler for several transmission substation (greenfield and brownfield) construction projects ranging from 69kV to 345kV. Developed detailed construction schedules and coordinated and ran weekly progress update meetings. Provided detailed weekly critical path analyses for each of the projects.
