Prior time to do process 4 days, to currently takes 2 hours.- Required to complete high-level briefs monthly, for the manning levels of over 80 job categories, created access database to reduce time taken, previously took 3 hours, improved to 8 seconds.- Volunteer to mentor 14 Six Sigma Yellow belt students. Completed 10 Six Sigma level projects, saving the Navy $20 million in time savings.- Database administrator for access databases.

Supervised personnel in the aviation repair parts, financial management, contracting support, cargo handling, and IT support of a squadron of 300 personnel. Managed and executed an $18 million dollar budget, $8 million tool inventory, and $3 million in IT support equipment. Along with planning, establishment, and execution of $1.5 million in contracts. Finalized aircraft load plans, scheduled cargo aircraft, processed over 800 tons of cargo.
