As an Associate Director at Hatton FM, I lead Operations and Transformation teams, overseeing the delivery of high-quality facilities management services to our clients across various sectors. I am responsible for managing the budget, resources, and performance of the team, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Prior to joining Hatton FM, I spent eight years as a Key Account Manager at ISS Technical Services, where I built and maintained strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations were met and exceeded. I also collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to identify and solve problems, generate new business opportunities, and optimize service delivery. I have a strong background in operations management, key account development, relationship building, and collaborative problem solving, which I leveraged to achieve multiple successes and recognitions throughout my career. I have a passion for learning and applying mathematics to real-world situations, which I developed during my studies at Highams Park. I believe that mathematics is a powerful tool for innovation, creativity, and decision making, and I use it to enhance my analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges, and I strive to deliver excellence and value to my clients and my team.
