Volunteer Recruitment and Matching: Responsible for recruitment and coordination of over 900 student volunteers for mentoring, ambassador programs and other volunteer opportunities. Ensuring volunteers can provide support to the approximately 3500 commencing students.Volunteer Training Workshop Development: development, continual improvement, design and delivery of a suite of online and in-person training resources and workshops.Events Management: strategy, development, coordination, and delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate enrolment, orientation, social and mentoring events.Web Development: liaising with university stakeholders including IT, to ensure continual improvements of the UniStart website. This includes mapping of student cohorts, courses, majors, schools, and user testing to ensure content and events displayed correctly.Project Management: strategy, development, coordination, and delivery of projects from discovery to implementation.Stakeholder Engagement: working in partnership with Faculties, Schools, UWA Student Guild, internal and external UWA stakeholders to deliver wholistic outcomes.Reporting: analysis and evaluation of projects and programs, and reporting on the outcomes. This includes the utilisation of surveys, self-reflections, and evaluations, compiling the data and writing reports on the results.Student Advising: advising undergraduate and postgraduate students with transitional issues including enrolment, and timetabling support.Committee Chair: Chairing stakeholder working group.
