I have served six and a half years in the Submarine service as a maintainer and an operating engineer. I am an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who always strives to excel both professionally and personally. I work well Autonomously or equally within a team. I pride myself on being an approachable individual. In previous job roles colleagues have often sought out my advice and support due to my extensive experience within my current job role, as well as previous positions held on board vanguard class submarines. I can positively contribute ideas and suggestions within group driven tasks as well as being able to take charge of a team and deliver team briefs. Equally I am able to follow instructions accurately to deliver high profile solutions on time sensitive matters. I am happy to receive feedback from both my superiors and colleagues to achieve positive outcomes in the working environment. I am able to work well under pressure and possess excellent time keeping skills, this enables me to work to tight deadlines to complete required tasks. Maintaining high professionalism and integrity throughout, whilst ensuring to keep in line with policies and procedures. Due to the high-profile nature of my current position, I often find myself having to drive my team to ensure that the deadlines are met whilst also ensuring that all work carried out by myself, and my team is to the highest standard. I have kept myself up to date with current workplace regulations and ensured these are implemented during day-to-day maintenance
