Responsible for configuring networking equipment for communication between different sites, and working on documentation for new and existing networks.

Worked both remotely and in-person assisting staff and student assistants with IT related tasks including troubleshooting and installation of hardware and software. Worked from 2020 on as a lead, which involved heading up and delegating work for projects. Other duties included contacting staff members professionally via email, tracking inventory through spreadsheets, creating documentation for How-To's and Workflows for office use, as well as configuring and imaging devices.

Assisted students in a variety of subjects, as well as general assistance with computer use. Provided one-on-one and group workshops, and developed a workshop to be added for basic computer use for students that was added to the official workshops offered

Worked in the Welcome Center at College of the Sequoias, assisting students with questions and directing them to various locations. Other duties included answering and forwarding calls, assisting with applications, leading tours, and general clerical duties
