I entered the world of recruitment 10 months ago and have progressed through to my current role as a Recruitment Consultant/contract manager. My progressive time in recruitment has given me an insight into recruitment as a 360 degree process. My key sector is logistics and transport/industrial sector where I have serviced and managed a number of high profile accounts which include blue chips. I have always maintained close client relations which I believe gives me the upper hand when providing solid customer care, I’m very proud of the fact I have never lost a client and have managed to turn underperforming contracts around into profitable ones.I’m dependable, honest and strive to make sure that I perform not only for my clients but for my candidate pool. I’m embarking on the next step in my career now where I aim to make ATR Limited a leading player in the logistics and industrial recruitment sector for Yorkshire and Humberside.
