Responsible for the overall management of the Bank’s credit administration, loan approval process and underwriting for $500 million Premier Business Bank.

Responsible for the overall management of the Bank’s credit administration, loan approval process and underwriting for $750 million community bank. Works directly with the Commercial Sales and Lending Manager and other department managers to facilitate the origination of new credits as well as improve the loan portfolio credit quality to assist the Bank in meeting its overall business plan goals and maximizing loan profitability within capital risk limitations of the Bank.

Performed loan reviews and examined credit portfolios consisting of commercial, industrial, commercial real estate, asset based loans, residential (1-4) and various other types of consumer credit. Analyze financial information, loan documentation, collateral and determine if loan underwriting terms conform to bank policies, governing laws and regulations.

Member of internal review group and team lead for Office of Mortgage Settlement Oversight. Responsible for monitoring compliance with new National Mortgage Servicing Standards. Hired as an Investigations Manager for the FDIC's Division of Resolutions and Receivership's. Investigated insolvent banks for potential fraud and negligence, performed due diligence and loan reviews.

Credit manager of a $550 million community bank and responsible for the administration and maintenance of the Bank's $350 million loan portfolio. Managed credit team and evaluated the underwriting standards and activities of lending personnel including compliance with lending policies and quality of loan approval, monitoring, and risk assessment.

Recruited to provide leadership, portfolio management and increase loan growth. Managed a $75 million loan portfolio that targeted small and middle market banking relationships. Performed underwriting and prepared loan presentations that validated loan policy. Assisted in the management of a diversified workout portfolio, action plans and performed loan reviews.
