Manage a team of 3 FOH salary managers, 1 BOH salary manager, 6 FOH hourly supervisors, 2 BOH hourly supervisors and 115 hourly employees. Weekly responsibilities included operational roll out and execution of company initiatives, verification and managing of all weekly administrative duties belonging to both the FOH and BOH managers, organization and hosting of weekly manager meeting, processing all venue invoices to AP department, writing / reviewing and posting weekly schedules to ensure they were within budget, hosting group and individual interviews, hosting weekly orientation for new hires, processing all new hire paperwork, processing employee 90 day and annual reviews, coordinating weekly security and parking needs with third party vendor and working with and inspecting the cleaning duties of third party cleaning company. Responsible for the venue’s health inspection scores with both the City of Dallas and with Alamo Drafthouse’s internal Operational Excellence Reviews. Increased YOY numbers for Annual Revenue, PPA while decreasing YOY numbers in controllable and uncontrollable comps and FOH/BOH Labor.

Execution of daily operations. Weekly food and beverage management including ordering, invoicing and weekly inventory of product. Staff management including interviewing, hiring, training, schedule writing and counseling of employees. Daily, Weekly and Monthly budget management including labor, store revenue, attendance and food and beverage goals. Daily building maintenance including coordinating with vendors for store repairs and equipment maintenance.

Manage operations of the Music Hall. Responsible for the management team and directly oversee 1 Operations Manager and 2 Supervisors. Coordinate with multiple tours on security needs. Responsible for weekly food and beverage ordering and bi-weekly inventory process. Staff Management including hiring, training and counseling of employees. Write and 0versee weekly schedules and monitor labor costs.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Manage front of house operations for concerts and special events. Responsible for hiring, staffing and training all employees in the Music Hall. Work nightly with tours needs and merchandise sales.

Oversee the security in the department. Responsible for hiring and scheduling of security in addition to any needs of the department. I also work in the Foundation Room as a department Supervisor with similiar job duties.

Worked as an instore computer tech. Department Supervisor for 5 years. Specialized in repairs/upgrades of personal computers along with data recovery.
