Supported all aspects of heavy maintenance, on-site management, and teams to ensure an on time and on budget maintenance event for major and minor overhaul with safety and reliability as main priority. As part of a select group, successfully implemented a new division within Air Canada Maintenance to oversee all work on equipment at international facilities which was recognized as best performing division within AC Maintenance within 4 years of start-up by Senior Executive. Recruited and managed a team of 60+ contractors seconded to site managers internationally which generated annually, on a recurring basis, a cost reduction of 5$M plus on the operational budget, safe and reliable aircraft. Duties also included managing multimillion dollar budget for contractual employees with a variance of actuals to budget of 2% or less annually and supported 20 full time employees at worldwide locations, delivering on average 20-25 events during peak seasons, on time and on, or bellow budget.

Oversaw all aspects of heavy maintenance to ensure a successful, on time, on or below budget heavy maintenance event by MRO. Work with and provided aid to various levels of the MRO’s management to assist in the successful execution of the maintenance events. Generated on a regular basis, significant cost reduction per event by invoice revues, repair in lieu of replacement of parts and identified deficiencies and reported to MRO.

Managed all aspects of line maintenance to provide line operations support for several large Canadian and US operators. Managed 45 maintenance personnel. Secured additional large carrier contracts to ensure the growth of the company.
