At Mariners Escrow, I lead 6 units serving high-net-worth clientele. This role demands that I hold a powerful sense of ownership and inspire this same sense in my team. I dedicate my personal time towards an in-house escrow training program, and established an annual review process to do just that, and Mariners has enjoyed an increase in year over year client retention, fees, and team morale as a result.
