I was on the executive committee for my degree's social club. Here I helped run and organise events for members. Most notably I was heavily involved in getting a campus wide triathlon off the ground and running, providing sporting opportunities for students. I was responsible for the creation and posting of social media content to market events and engage.

I completed a 6 month internship with the Council in the Sport and Recreation Department. Here I improved my communication and interpersonal skills, liaising with local sports clubs and council employee's for positive outcomes. I was able to practice my project management skills by developing a draft sustainability and facilities plan aimed at helping.
