• Design Technician of utility and electrical distribution power poles for Florida Power & Light's Storm Hardening Project based on FPL's Distribution Construction Standards,• Tasks include analyzing data from field conditions in order to re-engineer distribution power poles and collecting real-world survey data from existing power poles.• Responsible for multiple simultaneous projects with strict deadlines• Experience with overhead and underground electrical distribution design (including CAD designs)• Created permits for all distribution electrical designs for the county, city, state, & F.D.O.T.• Coordinating with Florida Power and Light engineers and area planners to achieve optimal design of overhead and underground electrical distribution.
