Reporting to the Director, Global Integrated Business Planning, I oversaw the planning of cultivation activities across all of CGC's domestic production facilities.

As Post-Harvest Manager, I was responsible for overseeing the processing, drying, packaging, inventory, and logistics of one of the world's largest licensed GMP cannabis production facilities. Our Niagara-on-the-Lake team prepared dried cannabis flower for both recreational and medical consumption, distributed to markets around the world. As one of only two GMP-certified production facilities in the company, our daily efforts were focused on creating products that provide the quality, potency, and consistency that our consumers have come to expect.

Tasked with executing Canopy's strategic vision at the site-level, I actively engaged with stakeholders in every department to drive improvements in efficiency, yield, productivity, regulatory compliance, and capacity across all processes.

Working alongside a team of industry-leading cannabis professionals, I led post-harvest operations during two of the largest legal cannabis harvests in Canadian history and helped to deliver high-quality medicine to patients across the country.

As Processing Supervisor, I was responsible for overseeing the quality, safety, and efficiency of one of Canada's largest medical marijuana processing facilities. Working with a team of 20+ cannabis professionals, I was accountable for the trimming, drying, and packaging of some of the largest legal harvests of marijuana in Canadian history. As a team we delivered large volumes of high-quality cannabis in accordance with rigorous government standards and internal standard operating procedures, all without a single lost-time injury or production shut-down.

Working as a key member of Tweed Farms' processing team, my responsibilities included the intake and management of all finished marijuana products residing in the Tweed inventory. Key activities included vault inventory control, packaging and labelling, moisture analysis, and inventory reporting.

Key responsibilities included bi-weekly and monthly inventory analysis, physical plant maintenance, irrigation support, and integrated pest management.

Working in a role that supported the Executive Director, I was responsible for the development and implementation of some exciting sustainability projects in Sudbury’s downtown core. I was able to lead the research, planning, and design phases of a small business incubator called The Forge, a shared office space built to support young entrepreneurs and startup businesses as they scale up their operations.

Working in the Environmental Programs & Engineering Department, I assisted in the maintenance and delivery of the City’s waste diversion and recycling programs. My responsibilities included project co- ordination, customer service, by-law compliance administration, community outreach, and communications support.

Helped ensure that on-site activities were executed in compliance with provincial and federal mining regulations. Aided in the development of a comprehensive environmental management system to help communicate the company’s environmental initiatives to its employees and community stakeholders. I performed environmental effects monitoring and water / ground water sampling using piezometers, YSI Field Meters, and other specialized equipment and accurately conducted laboratory testing such as PH / turbidity analyses, and metal concentration assays.
