I like to think critically about how something is being done and how it might be improved. Having worked in the hospitality industry for over five years, I’ve demonstrated my ability in preemptively seeing and filling needs, appropriately delegating duties, and listening to and understanding people to build positive relationships. My quick wit, conversational knowledge of Spanish, and familiarity with various software and technological platforms help me to help the rest of my team while forging friendships and a positive work atmosphere.
