My role was to sell cruises and holiday packages to the American market.Therefore I had to build my own book of business using the database provided by the firm, and from there act as a travel advisor/account manager for any guests that I converted into sales.I had one of the highest satisfaction ratings out of the new starters with my guests and smashed my first month's target by almost double what was required.Additionally, I'm a team player so would often help other new starters around me with learning the systems and helping to close deals.

Built the company's entire sales pipeline for the UK side of the Saudi Arabian-based business. My objective was to speak to key decision-makers in SMEs based around the UK and get them to use our logistics services for any products that they were shipping to the Middle East and wider EMEA region.Additionally, I helped to bring larger clients such as Boohoo and ASOS into the fold by reviewing their quarterly reports and finding out that they were losing money when distributing in the region. By doing so, this enabled me to set up a meeting with the head of EMEA for Boohoo.

These nights had an attendance of 150 - 3,500 people depending on the venue size.Raised over £2,000 for charity through our "Unite Online Festival" during the first Covid Lockdown.Ran tutorials and workshops to teach others how to DJ, stream, produce, and network. One tutorial had over 200 attendees at one time.Wrote articles for magazines in Japan and eventually had 3 operational studios in the country at one point, with one also being in the UK.
