Validate Refinery unit charge and yield data using MOTIVA's stock balancing system (AORA), to assure all unit balalnces are within the specified target of 2% mass loss and that the fence line balance is within .5% mass daily and monthly. Reconcile custody transfer movement data with ticket/bill data to ensure losses or gains are captured. Routinely find discrepancies saving the company ~ $100,000 month. Review balances for all tanks associated with the refinery and seek resolution to correct imbalances above defined tolerances with additional input from operations personnel, and unit process engineer.

Responsible for knowledge of refinery and unit procedures and review with Operations for readiness and compliance. Supervised up to 15 Operations personnel along with 100 contractors as Execution Supervisor on successful turnarounds with no safety or environmental incidents. Worked with supervision on worker scheduling and attendance, training workers and conducting performance reviews. Routinely worked "up" as Production Supervisor. Report out to management on unit availability and/or limitations, gain alignment on daily plan, and execute through Operations.
