Working with a non-profit organization assigned to me as their Business Operations Mentor by Code For Israel (CFI).As part of the volunteer work I met with the organization stakeholders on a regular basis, documented their current process and pain points at first.On the second stage we made a tool selection to choose the most suitable business application to their needs and budget.Afterwards I designed a new process and created a detail design for the new application, including integrations, objects design and automations.In the last stage we worked closely with the application specialists to implement and build it.
