Sprint 65/2.5 MHz Upgrade Project.Commissioning and Integrating the Ericsson RBS, 4G LTE, 3G CDMA and microwave equipment for the Sprint network, which includes:- Reconfiguring RBS 6102 Cabinet LTE DUL for 65 MHz and 2.5 MHz upgrade.- Configuring, investigating and troubleshooting hardware and IP networking.- Confirming IP connectivity to site before and after cabinet activity.- IP addressing and overall verification that each assigned cell site is prepared for quality voice over IP service.- Configured DBA's from CIQ, loaded scripts and upgrade packages. - Configured site for SIU to AAV migration, configured VSWR, & cleared Alarms.- Create and install correct labeling for all Network Equipment in RBS Cabinet according to provided Sprint MOP.- De-commissioning and re-commissioning of EVDO/CDMA equipment and verifying successful restoration of service.- Maintain site integration schedule, track site integration progress and resolve conflicts -Direct site quality audits and enforce market standards.-Coordinate site commissioning, integration, and call test of Ericsson’s RBS 6102 SP 210/310 router and SIU.-Provide assistance and technical support to Field Technicians and remote engineers and fellow field engineer.Smart Laptop Integration LicensedSmart Laptop Training Completed:-EFI_000_1001 – Smart Laptop Introduction-EFI_000_1003 – Smart Laptop Overview – Integration-EFI_000_1018 – Sprint 65 MHz Smart Laptop-EFI_000_1022 - Sprint 65 MHz Smart Laptop – Phase 2-EFI_000_1031 - Sprint 65 MHz Smart Laptop – All Phases

-Complete Inventory of materials on each job.-Unroll, Install, Dress, and Sew cables.-Handle cables such as Fiber Optics, DS1, DS3, Power, CAT 5, GPS, and alarm.-Label, Butt, and Strip, cables for location per Job SPEC.-Wire 100 pair blocks for DS1-Knowledge of wiring color code.-Construct cable rack system with 12’’or 24’’ wide rack with hardware including: Threaded Rod, AUX Bar, Clips, J-Bolts, Splice Kits, Waterfall Hinge Kits, and Corner brackets.-Construct Fiber Optic handling system. (Fiber Ductwork)-Run cable between multiple floors of a jobsite.-HILTI Fire stopping training and field work.-Make and Install Co-Ax cable connectors.-Make and install all cable/equipment labeling per SPEC and cable running list.-Install Equipment shelves such as Fujitsu, Cisco, Alcatel Lucent, etc.-Install 7 ft. equipment bays with anchors and provided hardware.-Floor Drilling Trained.-Run conduit for new A/C to equipment bays.-Run and connect A/C wire within equipment bay.-Make and securely install RJ45 ends.-Scope, Test, and Clean fiber optic connectors.-Record all Optical Fiber test data into project paperwork.In addition to the things listed above, I have also lead small 2-man jobs. I am fully capable of working with engineers, supervisors, and project managers, plus correctly filling out the required paperwork information for project completion.
