As an early career teacher I am looking to establish my teaching practice by seeking out education and mentorship opportunities, I have extensive experience in sports coaching which has helped me to build my teaching style as someone who looks to create positive relationships with my students which in turn allows me to create long term positive experiences with education. I believe this to be particularly important in both of my subject areas (health and physical education and Science), health and physical education as a subject aims to create a foundation of knowledge and abilities to help people live long term healthy lifestyles. Science is an area which has rapidly growing employment opportunities while helping deliver innovation and development that help to improve the lives of everyone, creating students with a strong interest in science helps to build these positive factors and boosts the benefits of everything STEM is helping create. My enthusiasm for my subject areas and passion for helping others allowed me to begin my educational journey, while my determination and growth mindset will allow me to develop my teaching career to be a successful long term educator.
