Experience/History==============After studying electrical engineering I was hired by UTC to write software for microprocessors using PCs which were new at the time. After UTC sold the division in Tucson I worked for I was asked to move to Virginia. However, I decided to stay in Tucson and start my own company, Viga Technologies, with a co-worker Peter McNellis. This company combined the knowledge I had gained about PCs with an interest I had developed in tracking my personal investments in the UTC 401(k). We sold our first product to the Vanguard group. The product , a PC application, was a success and lead to many additional sales. The product was ported to the web when the internet became widely available.
