Delegating tasks and identifying areas of expertise in the team to keep the team resilient and able to execute. Maintaining team morale with continuous work around team activities. Communicating between the team and management to act as a bridge for information and updates.

Worked on designing and implementing new code in the project as well as reworking and integrating with older parts of the codebase. Work was focused towards Layer 2 development and maintaining a simulator interface that intersected wide parts of the Cloud RAN product.
