As Development Assistant, processed all indvidual donations, including entry into Raiser's Edge and created all donor acknowledgements. Also involved with writing, editing and proofreading of foundation proposals and newsletters, as well as the planning and execution of fundraising events.As Resident Accounts Coordinator, managed the resident trust account containing residents personal funds and performed all Medicaid and private billing.

Served as co-editor of "Chicago Television", a pictoral history of Chicago TV from the 1930s to the 1980s. Published by Arcadia Publishing in association with the Museum of Broadcast Communications, it contains over 200 vintage photos that highlight the stations, programs and personalities that have contributed to the rich history of local television in Chicago. As co-editor, I was responsible for locating, researching and securing photos, writing and editing captions, and organizing the layout.

Was responsible for the overall organization of the Museum of Broadcast Communication’s collection of 100,000 hours of TV and radio programming. Also managed the voluneteer and intern programs, wrote grant proposals for the Archives and Education Department, produced online exhibitions, and co-managed the transition to a new asset management system that improved intellectual control and public access of the collection.
