As the Mine Superintendent, I am responsible for the production and economy KPI´s, HSE, mining machines and productions staff run by ten supervisors who divided on five shifts with a total of 225 operators. I have one support functions reporting to me, a production supervisor who supervises the work of dispatchers. Since I started my job, I have worked extensively with a positive safety culture, sustainable leadership and production stability. This has meant that we have constantly improved safety, more adherences to production and budget. The goal of increased knowledge and understanding of my subordinate staff has increased continuously.

Quality improvements in supplier base.Supplier quality assurance, quality - and process audits, follows-up and continuous improvement, both internal and external suppliers.

As Quality Engineer (QE) at Volvo Cars, it was my main tasks as follows:• Support the production teams to ensure quality in production processes and focusing on preventive work as well as supporting the production manager.• To support the detailed analysis will be made by production teams.• Participate in quality network. Implement and maintain our quality system / BMS (Quality Operating System) in the running production and secure connections to new projects (LQOS).• Assuring the quality part of the QPS (Quality Process Sheet) content.• Ensure that the control plan is followed and that the updates are carried out in production.• Review the product and process solutions to ongoing changes in terms of quality.• Be constantly updated on the failure rate, and support analysis.• Ensure that the containment is introduced and functioning.• Hold preparatory stop-shipment / pre-meetings for major discrepancies.• Review and respond to internal customer complaints.• Monitor specific quality assurance activities and ensure that agreed procedures and practices complied with.

I worked as a Production Manager Volvo Cars in final assembly, then had responsibility for 34 people.My responsibilities:Operational responsibility for the products and services manufactured and delivered as specified by law resource input of materials, equipment and staff by being a facilitator, strategist and coach.Responsible for area of responsibility objectives are broken down according to VCTs strategies, goals and values.Responsible for operational performance management of department goals.Responsible for QCDISME-goals with the power to reallocate the necessary resources and change the job content and practices of responsibility. Kvalité/ kassations stöd PRV Chassi. Mitt arbete innebar att jag skulle driva och stödja kvalitetsarbetet inom PRV Chassi. Säkerställa att larm och frekventa avvikelser omhändertas. Som frekventa anmärkningar från Audit (Interna kund), vägprov och täthetskontroll. Se till att Larmuppföljning genomförs av berörd avdelning. Se till att näranalys utförs så att en kvalitetssäkrande åtgärd tas fram. Organisera demontering-återmontering, korsbyten, nytt material etc. Säkerställa att containment införs, kontroll, SIP, Information. Vid behov se till att instyrning görs för långsiktig lösning. Medverka i nätverksmöten m a p. kvalitet i monteringsfabriken och vid behov hos kund/leverantör för att vara behjälplig vid felåterföring och som stöd i analysarbetet. Vid behov begära att bilar spärras för att förhindra att avvikelser når slutkund. Rapportera till Produktverkstadschef

Gruppchef/vagnchef stridsfordon 90/40 IA03 utb 3,5 mån. IA är ett insats förband som skall vara beredda att skickas ut drabbade områden i världen. Under denna tiden var jag ansvarig för vagnarna. Under övningar ledde jag vagnen samt pansarskytte personalen.Gruppchef/(Stf plutonchef) – Utlandsmission 7,5 mån i Kosovo. Ställföreträdande plutonchefen så leder jag vården samt dagliga rutinverksamhet på plutonen. Andra uppgifter under tiden var. Leda patruller, taktisk ledare i mobil check point i helikopter. Jag som ställföreträdande plutonchefen var alltid vara beredd att överta ledningen av plutonenInstruktör/Krigs plutonchef – P4 Skövde. Den huvudsakliga uppgiften var för mig att leda samt medverka vid planeringen av utbildningen och utbilda värnpliktiga i stridsvagnstjänst. Vid övningar agerade jag plutonchef/stf plutonchef/förbands domare. Under denna perioden gick jag en militär ledarskapsutbildning ledd av kompanichefen.Instruktör – Markstrids skolan Skövde. Den huvudsakliga uppgiften var för mig att leda samt medverka vid planeringen av utbildningen och utbilda värnpliktiga i stridsvagnstjänst. Vid övningar agerade jag FBI domare, dvs jag utvärderade agerandet på plutonerna på övningar..
