Conducted audits and surveillance of other engineering programs to ensure compliance with internal and external instructions.

Managed multinational submarine and surface ship exercises between United States Navy, Japanese Self Defense Force, Korean Navy, Australian Navy, and others. Planned events, developed detailed guidance for ships, solved logistical problems, and ensured actual operations ran smoothly. Prepared exercise instructions for approval by Commanding Officer. Gave presentations to upper level foreign military leaders. Conducted post exercise analysis and created overall summary report for submission to higher chain of command. Gave guidance on submarine operations to squadron Commanding Officer(CDS15). As Staff Tactical Action Officer for CDS15, led a watch team responsible for surface and submarine protection of the George Washington Carrier Strike Group while at sea. Coordinated with Submarine Task Force 74 for water space for prevention of mutual interference to ensure safety of friendly submarines.
