• Managing Emory Chapter’s roster of six casework teams, all of which had open, active cases.• Counselling refugee client throughout visa application process by providing factual and legal analysis. • Drafted client’s Priority 1 (P1) application for US entrance visa and refugee status.• Conducted iterative client interviews and obtained pertinent data and documentation to support application.

• Reviewing court transcripts and taking note of inconsistent witness testimony, violations of the rules of evidence, and errors in trial procedure.• Drafting appellate brief based on information gleaned from transcript review.

-Streamlined inventory management for both retail and professional products by digitizing the record keeping and ordering processes and re-training staff to consistently use the new system-Spearheaded the policy change to ungender services (i.e. to remove men's and women's haircuts as a service distinction) in an effort to make the business more accommodating to trans* and gender non-conforming clients-Directed and implemented outreach plans for both social and traditional media outlets-Overhauled the salon's digital security management scheme

- Created numerous healthcare enrollment events and outreach opportunities for consumers to enroll in health insurance through Minnesota's state exchange.- Sought out and built relationships with public and private organizations in order to facilitate the enrollment of targeted sections of the population.-Pushed attendance to enrollment activities through targeted communications channels, including direct phone contact, canvassing targeted businesses, mass email campaigns, and flyering.

-Recruited more than 350 volunteer shifts for 1000+ hours of door knocks, phone banks, data entry, and hospitality services during the last month and a half of the 2014 midterm cycle.-Oversaw the management and distribution of nearly 200 targeted door knock lists to volunteers, organizers, and elected officials during the "Get Out The Vote" (GOTV) phase of the campaign. These lists - spanning nearly half a dozen state house districts across South Minneapolis - had to be tracked constantly, and completion rates were reported in real time.-Worked with a variety of elected officials on determining the most effective allocation of Coordinated Campaign resources for their districts while still adhering to the overarching strategies of the Coordinated Campaign.-Communicated with undecided voters in a persuasive capacity about issues and values important to them and their communities.-Mobilized voters to vote early, adopt new voting systems, and assist with GOTV volunteer trainings.

-Contributed to Quality Improvement efforts in the Pharmacy Assistance Program, specifically in regard to record-keeping, provider referral, and cataloging low-cost generic drug options. -Developed and promoted a pharmacy education program.-Provided research support for smoking cessation and pain management studies, including writing and editing IRB proposals, recruiting study participants, and conducting qualitative analysis.-Conducted outreach and provided client support for ACA enrollment events.-Provided child care assistance during parenting education classes and support groups.(10 month contract)
