Starting in October 2023, I was hired and began working as a full-time college recruiter for Florida International University. Since I have begun my role as a recruiter, I have hit record-high numbers for my position as a college recruiter but have done more so for my fellow colleagues. Every student I come across is a student with potential and the ability to do something greater. While every applicant and student I came across chose different paths, I am happy to have provided insight on helping people find the next step in their academic careers. I have learned how to evaluate student's strengths and weaknesses and guide them to the best program for them. It has truly been a great time working for Florida International University. I have worked for a year at the Chapman Graduate of Business, but I have outside work experience in retail and political canvassing. During my undergraduate year, some of my achievements include Top 20 Universities in the UpToUs campaign and having a strong G.P.A. I also recently acquired the title of Communications Committee Co-chair for the Maurice A. Ferré institute of civil leadership. As a student assistant, I assist in the recruitment process and help create/edit important literature used for our marketing strategies.
