I have just gone through the redundancy process at Revolution Bars Group having been the General Manager at their flagship site Revolution Leadenhall for the last 12 months. I was a part of the company’s HIPO General Manager development programme designed for their high performing General Managers. I have also been with the company as General manager at Revolution Southend and also with Mitchell and Butler, and 10 years with Stonegate Pub Company, coming through their award winning development and training programme. I have also recently gone through and passed my Mental Health First Aid at work qualification.
