Berkeley Lights merged with another biotechnology company, IsoPlexis, and then was subsequently acquired by Bruker, renaming the business to Bruker Cellular Analysis. Specific to the M&A, managed the manufacturing and operational transition plan and budget which served to realign the business footprint and structure to our go forward needs.My general responsibilities are to support delivering all product revenue (in house and contract manufacturing produced), managing P&L for multiple functional groups, and driving roadmap development and execution for manufacturing and operations.

Worked in the Sensor Processing and Networking department. Determined the feasibility of a buoy designed as an extension to an unmanned underwater vehicle capable of recharging the vehicles batteries. My responsibilities included:Class A Calibration testing for PSL and other companies power quality and energy monitoring devices. The calibration of these devices revolves around sending various defined electrical signals to the devices under test and a reference meter which should subsequently be recorded by all the devices. Design in SolidWorks and manufacture of a 19" rack mount which implemented the new version of PSL power meter and its additional modules.
