My responsibilities included:Class A Calibration testing for PSL and other companies power quality and energy monitoring devices. The calibration of these devices revolves around sending various defined electrical signals to the devices under test and a reference meter which should subsequently be recorded by all the devices. Design in SolidWorks and manufacture of a 19" rack mount which implemented the new version of PSL power meter and its additional modules. In addition to the design of the sheet metal covering, I simultaneously contacted different companies to find the necessary components which both met the specifications and fit into the defined space.
