Assisting people to achieve their health goals is an enormous passion of mine, which is why I utilize Exercise as a medicine to provide positive health outcomes for my clients. I have a diverse range of exercise from various roles in the health and fitness industry in gym, semi professional sport and clinical settings. I have had the opportunity to develop my clinical skills during placements at Deakin Clinical Exercise Centre, Ballarat Health Services, Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute & Monash Health Dandenong.
