Prior to joining Cassidy Turley/Fuller Real Estate Dan was a principal in IBC Holdings, LLC, a privately held commercial real estate development and investment firm where he and his partners purchased, entitled and developed over 1.4 million SF of industrial properties in the central and southeast submarkets of Denver, CO. Prior to IBC Dan worked for Dallas based Trammell Crow Company for 23-years.

As a Principal of the firm Dan played a key role in transforming the company's Denver operations from an owner/developer to an industry leading full-service real estate firm by helping establish its third-party brokerage and management business in the Colorado Marketplace via the addition key long-term third party leasing and property management accounts. During TCC’s reformation Dan served on receivership teams that managed lender foreclosures, sourced new listing relationships, and converted company owned real estate holdings into separate-account management and leasing assignments. He received numerous production awards and special recognition at the local and national levels of TCC for his creativity in closing highly complex and profitable transactions. Some of his notable corporate clients over the course of his career include: Seagate Technologies, Cardinal Health, Amana, Maxtor Corporation, Minolta, Allegiance Healthcare Corp, PPG Industries, Keebler Company In 2000 the company asked Dan and two other partners to re-establish TCC’s development dominance in the Colorado Marketplace by forming its local Development & Investment Division. From 2000 to 2006 the division developed/acquired in excess of $175 million of office, industrial, retail, and mixed use properties.
