  I recently worked as a Customer Consultant at The Body Shop! My job consisted of delivering a high standard of customer service by providing tailored product recommendations and expert advice! My ability to engage confidently with customers ensured they received a positive, authentic experience that met their unique skincare and beauty needs.I developed a deep understanding of The Body Shop’s products, ingredients (where and how they were sourced) and their benefits, allowing me to make informed suggestions based on each customer’s preferences and skin/body type depending on the product they were looking for. I created meaningful conversations with customers, helping them feel supported and valued - I received numerous positive reviews and feedback from customers. My focus was offering my personal recommendations ensuring their shopping experience was both genuine and fulfilling. I also contributed to maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store by regularly replenishing stock.I was a key holder at the body shop meaning I am fully trained in till operations, opening and closing banking procedures, cash handling and daily financial tasks.I actively participated in The Body Shop’s ‘Learn It to Earn It’ program, staying up-to-date with product launches, seasonal promotions, and initiatives to provide the most relevant and knowledgeable service to customers!
