As an Electronics and Computer Systems Engineering graduate from Loughborough University, I am excited to embark on the next phase of my career journey, utilizing the knowledge and skills I've acquired to contribute meaningfully in a professional setting. Throughout my academic life, I've been immersed in various facets of the STEM domain, fostering a deep appreciation for the intricate processes that underpin success within a corporate environment.In my final year of my studies I undertook an individual project in which i was tasked with creating an Interface for Understanding Degree Programme Pathways. This endeavour saw me develop a locally hosted web application aimed at providing comprehensive information to students regarding module selection. In conjunction with this, I managed a MySQL database, ensuring seamless integration with the web app. Throughout the project, I adeptly navigated through multiple coding languages, effectively employed UML diagrams for meticulous project planning, and demonstrated superior time management skills, consistently meeting deadlines.My skill set encompasses proficiency in various programming languages including C, C++, VHDL, HTML, CSS, and Python. I am well-versed in development tools such as LabVIEW, MATLAB, Visual Studio, and Arduino, and possess a strong foundation in frameworks like Django. Furthermore, my interpersonal, communication, and creative problem-solving skills have been honed through diverse project experiences, alongside a demonstrated aptitude for project scheduling, time management, and teamwork.Additionally, my volunteer experience as Vice-Chair of Loughborough University Athletic Union Jiu-Jitsu further underscores my leadership and organizational capabilities. Overseeing Covid safety measures, club attendance, equipment ordering, and collaboration with committee members, I honed my ability to manage multifaceted responsibilities effectively.Outside of my academic pursuits over the past few years I have been learning how to paint miniatures and have been working towards painting each model that I paint to a higher and higher standard with the eventual goal of being able to take commissions and create a small side business in this admittedly rather niche hobby.In summary, I am enthusiastic about applying my diverse skill set and passion for innovation to contribute to impactful projects in a dynamic professional environment.
